The Miller, Farmer, Carlson Law Firm is the foremost in public education and public education reform. They have represented D49 and other prominent districts for quite some time. All three primaries are known and respected throughout the state in the representation of over 60 charter and school districts. They do know education law and processes very well, have helped my BOE develop policies that reflect community values, trained our BOE to be more effective, and help us (especially me) better understand complex legal issues effecting our district and students. I have served as a BOE Director, VP, and President of the D49 BOE for 8 years and would highly recommend them to represent any school district that focuses on increasing student outcomes and representing community vision and values for education.

Low down and dirty. Very rude! Distasteful. I don’t think he actually knows the law & certain rules, because he doesn’t follow them. He makes up his own. Doesn’t follow actual laws & rules. Makes up his own. You will have to go further & higher with an educational case. To an actual court. He’s very rude and disrespectful to women. He was extremely rude to my daughters. He wouldn’t dare talk to me, treat me, or any MAN, the way he handled my daughters and grandchildren.
