This Justice system has nothing to do with justice. They arrested me with false charges. Before arraignment they knew supposed victims were trespassing and armed and threatening me and my neighbor. These people drove around locked gate trespassing across my property to illegally trap. After reporting to cpw stopped people on my property. They were armed and threatening me when my neighbor pointed his gun knowing our lives were being threatened.Dan Rubenstein at arraignment did not reveal he knew of trespassing people claiming they had a easement did not.Information he had from county surveyor. He proceeded to give me a restraining order making it illegal to go home as it was keeping me from going home because I was restricted from crossing lieing neighbors property where nothing happened. Sheriff wrote report full of lies and made it sound like I stopped trespassers on there property. Also sheriff reported I was going to be holding people at gun point. If that was reported law enforcement would have had to show up. He then told me sign order my lawyer can explain later . I tried to read and he yelled at me to sign order. When I PAID FOR TRANSCRIPTS THIS WAS NOT RECORDED AND ALSO SAID I THANKED JUDGE WHO WASN'T SMART ENOUGH TO SEE THROUGH STORY MADE UP BY JOSH Livingston who wrote story lieing about everything and trying to make me a lier . My supposed lawyer Vincent Felleter would not stand up even after I showed him transcripts that didn't say what was actually said. Falsely arrested and people involved including judge broke more laws than I ever broke and kept in court long enough to keep me from being able to start libel suits because in Colorado libel suits are only able to be brought from 1year of Bull shoot said. This office is not about justice and is not willing to work towards it. These people are not fair and protected the people I was raised to believe they were there to help and protect us. Hop you are from around here because if you aren't these people will cover for each other to screw you. Most unprofessional system from sheriff cpw BLM judges and D.a Please dan explanation of why transcripts are not what was said and It's illegal for us to record ourselves .You are a bigger crock than most people you prosecute . Get off your high horse and treat people as innocent before guilty. Tired of being told no is above law when this is not practiced in this county at all. Not sorry to put our Truth of this supposed justice system.

They continue to move forward after a young man with great potential was over-charged and facing harsh penalties due to faulty mandatory sentencing laws, while they dropped charges for the same case in which the same defendant was also a victim of assault, even hit a second time while being held by police officers. They simply don't care about investigating the full story and justice for everyone. Just throwing the book at a good citizen and college student because the laws are against him if he chooses to go to trial.

On time sensitive issues, this place will transfer you repeatedly to the wrong people and department, shuffle you off to voicemail, and then never call you back. At least we know where to yank tax dollars from if we want to fix the roads without taking away from anything of value.
