Great title experience! The closer was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Closing took less than 10 minutes in my case (note: this was a land loan refi and I'd e-signed documents online). There were no sticking points or things I couldn't understand. Not that you can choose, but...if I could choose, this company would be my first choice.

I had a great closing experience with Callan at Meridian Title! No surprises and all paper work ready for explanations and signing. I have been working with Mike Orullian for 6 years now and he is amazing! His team gets title searches done in a few hours and he is always available to jump in when weird things pop up on title.
