Sharon Hardy is a menace. She has no place working with the public, ESPECIALLY in social services. Her attitude is constantly nasty & aggressive. I thought maybe she’s just having a bad day, but each encounter is just as rude as the last.

This is ridiculous! When they tell you to allow them at least 45 days to process your medicaid, believe them! My daughter is 1 year old, we just recently moved to VA and I'm in need of getting her in daycare here but the only delay is her insurance...
