I use McDivitt back in the 90s and he did a great job, this time around not so much. I guess the bigger you get the less you provide good service. My first lawyer left was assigned a second one Christian I believe is her name. Never spoke to her and when I did she is very rude, and she doesn't fight for you!! She seemed to be on the opposite side. I was in an accident that wasn't my fault, did a year of OMi and physical therapy. I'm still getting headaches, and my shoulder is not 100%. The insurance made one offer and she said accept it or find a new lawyer. Worst experience!! Will never recommend or use McDivitt again

The law firm is great! I never had to use a lawyer during a car accident until last year when I got hit head on. Joe and Claudia were amazing and kept me informed through the process. Hopefully I never get in another car accident but, if I do, McDivitt is who I am calling.

After suffering injuries from a car accident in Pueblo, I chose McDivitt law firm to help me. Right from the start, they were very thorough in the explanation of everything. I was never confused about the process I was going through or what was going to happen next. Even when my original attorney on my case left the firm and I was assigned a new attorney, communication was very clear and consistent to ensure I understood everything and was comfortable with the changes. Carl was outstanding in his professionalism and timely communication regarding the case and settlement once he was assigned to it. They took care of every medical bill on my behalf prior to closing my case and it was almost 100% stress free during the time it took to get everything sorted out.
