If you want to pay thousands of dollars for nothing, sign up with Jack and Lori! To date, I have acquired over $8,000.00 in legal fees in 8 months for just a response to a Motion for Divorce (19 Pages), a response for the Motion to Show Cause (9 Pages with a 75 min court hearing), and for my initial financial declaration ((174 pages), (done 99% by me as billing reflects)). This is absolutely unacceptable! We haven't even made it to mediation yet!

I had multiple issues over the course of 8 months with this firm. a big Issue I had was with this firm dropping the ball on Temporary Orders I wanted done back in Aug of 2020. My bill even states I was billed for a meeting about such temporary orders. However, When November came and I asked again about the temporary orders I was told this was the first they heard about them. Now you can guess I was mad and upset about this. My lawyers didn't do what they said they would for my temporary custody orders. Heck I was even told by the second lawyer on my "team" Lori Cave that I needed a "Reality Check"!

Jack called me "No Charge", to apologize and told me I wouldn't be charged for any of the emails that day and that he was sorry she was harsh like that to me.

Look folks, I'm not hard to work with. I do my research, and if I pay for something I better get it, not the deer in the headlight stare.

I had some concerns about billing....BE ADVISED Lori will email you constantly AND charge you $50.00 for it. Not only that, she will ask a short one sentence question. When I reply back I try to put as much in my emails as possible so I "get my moneys worth". I answer her question and then some. At that point she will usually answer back with the same question she had before to "Clarify". You guessed it...another email charge.

Since i'm in the middle of my divorce, I am now looking for a new lawyer...

Jack is one of if not the worst lawyers I’ve dealt with. Over charged for nothing. Didn’t inform me of court dates until day of. Didn’t respond to emails. Missed a court date and he just dropped me and had a warrant issued. Didn’t even let judge know maybe I wasn’t aware of course because of his own incompetence.
