I would like to personally thank Vicky Pulos. I came across her name and emailed her out of desperation and frustration with a problem with Masshealth in regards to the elderly disabled woman I’ve worked for over 6 years. She replied to my email within 10 min and was eager to assist in any way possible. Despite the assistance that was needed was not what she normally did. Lawyers like Vicky are far and few between. She helped get back the Masshealth standard the 71 year old woman had lost, leaving her without the PCA services she had currently had for 8 previous years. I cannot thank Vicky enough for her help in resolving a bad situation quickly and professionally! Thanks again! 😊
