All the folks at the Baltimore City Legal Aid office should have something nice done for them to show how much much they are valued, appreciated, respected, and loved.

Horrible customer service. The person I spoke to was very short with her responses when I needed answers to my specific questions. What are you there for if you are not going to help the people calling. Please look elsewhere for help.

They are lazy, they told me were unable to help me because I was guilty but I went to court and defended myself and was told that I still have rights. It seems they only want to do open and shut cases, they do not want to actually do the work and defend someone with complications. The staff is decent, some are more inviting than others. They are attorneys so I can understand being a cold person. (Based off the 8 I have met) Lastly do not come here if you want to start a lawsuit, they only help those who need defending in open shut cases.

First person Some people that answer the phone don’t give you a chance to speak over phone ? disrespectful. I don’t have time for that couple day latest someone called me back and she was very respectable.

Worthless people who go home early when people need there help. Answer the phone to tell you no9ne is in. That we can help you tomorrow. Wow. I'm sure tax money is paying for this. Just like snap employees. Are not here to help us. Only to give a message. This world is coming to an end. Because of people like you.
