I would not recommend Mark Freeman. Once he gets your money, he basically ghosts you. Absolutely no updates on your case. If you want an update, you’ll have to call 78,954 times and leave 98,657 messages, and he MAY get back with you. I get you’re busy and have court, but after dropping such a large amount of money and not hearing back from him for months, it didn’t set right with me.

Mr. Freeman pursued a Family Legal Matter for my husband and I, we had one court hearing and prevailed. The price of services held true, there were no Add On fees or gouging. The best thing about Mr. Freeman is that he takes your calls and text messages, I don’t have a single example of an unanswered call or text.

He is a terrible lawyer. Scammers stole a lot of money from me. Bitcoin wallets are traceable and he never did get me in front of the prosecuting Attorney. A lawyer never got me talking to the prosecuting Attorney. Is that a sign of a good lawyer. Hell No!!!!!

Originally I thought he was good besides the fact that I felt like I was doing his job for him. But after he told me I could call him whenever I needed anything he stopped answering texts and calls completely (when a huge matter arose) until I said to him that I may need to start looking for a new lawyer and asked if that was something that needed to happen. Then he responded very quickly saying that sounded good and proceeded to recommend a couple other lawyers. Very unresponsive and acted like he just wanted to get the case over with. Def won’t be using him again. And highly don’t recommend.
Ps. He also asked me to leave a good review because someone left a bad review and he wanted to get his ratings up. And it was the one time he finally answered a call after weeks of trying to get ahold of him.

While I won’t disclose personal information on the internet about my case. I will say that Mark Freeman went above and beyond for me during my child custody case. He was always reachable at anytime of day and regularly got with me to see how things were going. Even when everyone was telling me that it’s hard to overturn custody and that I had no chance, Mark found a way.

Not to mention that most lawyers weren’t even willing to work for me unless I paid several thousands of dollars for them to look at my case.

Mark simply told me to come see him. Then took the information and evidence I gave him and turned it into a powerful case. His fees were super low and overly competitive for the area.

When people tell you it’s going to take money to do the right thing for your child it can be discouraging but Mark Freeman believes in doing what is right for your child and will be completely honest and work for a fair price.

Being completely honest the amount of times I called Mark I should probably still be paying him something. He worked endlessly on my case and made sure that everything we needed was in place.

We didn’t even have to go before the judge because my ex agreed to settle because of the case Mark had built.

I would not only recommend Mark but I would also tell you that if I had another issue come up with my kid, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to make sure my kids best interest is taken care of.
