I must express my profound disappointment in my experience with this service. Tried completing website form (two seperate days) and it did not work. Left voice message and it did not get returned. Called again and got placed on hold for apprx. 15 minutes. Tried to tell person that website form was not working and she did not acknowledge me, instead asking why I'm calling. Explained that I was a landlord that had a tenant issue, she returned to tell me that she had no lawyers that could help me and that I should go on line. I thought the whole reason for this site was to make connections between clients and lawyers?

They charge $50 for a referral? And can't even say if that referral can help you? What happened to government? (Don't answer that)

I paid $50 for a 30-minute consultation with a referred lawyer. My consultation happened yesterday around 3:30 PM, 15 minutes later than scheduled (originally scheduled for 3:15 PM but I understand things happen). I consider myself a reasonable, understanding, and forgiving person so when I say that the lawyer that I talked to was completely, utterly rude and disrespectful to me, I am not exaggerating. The Lawyer I talked to is Rachel F Johnson. For the first 5-10 minutes of our phone conversation, the connection was so bad that I could barely understand her. She was cutting in and out from bad connection and I could hear what sounded like children talking/yelling in the background. She finally had to hang up and call me back which did work but throughout the rest of the phone call, I could hear so much background noise and talking and yelling, it seemed very unprofessional and made me feel like she didn't take the consultation seriously. She admitted to me that she was not "in the office" so that's why the connection was bad. After that for the next 8-12 minutes she was yelling at me, belittling me, talking down to me, and making me feel stupid because I did not respond to a question the way she wanted me to. She continued to go on and on about how I was wasting her time and my time. She counted down how many minutes I had left and how much time I had wasted by not answering her question properly. My boyfriend heard the whole thing and it was such degrading, disrespectful, and disgusting behavior to display towards someone who paid for a service and is seeking help. I feel that I did not receive a proper consultation and the consult I paid for did not benefit me. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Anna is absolutely useless is trying to help me talk to the correct lawyer. No idea why they hired someone so unprofessional and useless. No wonder there are so many bad reviews and one stars. I see the owners excuse and allow her poor behavior. Shameful.

Those people are unprofessional and they should not be allowed to speak to anyone on the phone. All they want is the money and don’t want to serve the customers interest. Such institutions should not exist in the great county of maricopa, Arizona.

I used this service for a sick friend. You have to pay a fee to get the number for an attorney. I got a number and left a message it’s been 2 days, and according to Anna it can be up to 3 days before the attorney replies.Anna is very short and harsh. I would not recommend using this service.

My experience with the representative named Rush was impersonal and rushed. They lacked personalization and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Their responses were generic and vague, and they didn't take the time to understand my issue. The overall interaction left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.
