I consulted with Mr. Marchini for about two years regarding matters of the estate of my parents and surrounding issues. He was paid roughly $25,000.

I wish I could commend him on what he accomplished for the money he was paid but I can't identify one issue he succeeded at. As one example, as one of four beneficiary’s, he failed to consult me on my share of distribution of assets. What I received as inheritance was distressed real-estate rather than cash unlike others. To add insult to injury, I had to pay an additional $248,000.

There was also a matter of litigation with the Trustee in which his representation was woefully inadequate.
The entire experience with him was one disappointment after another.

As a young Lawyer I feel he needs more experience in the matter of Trust law and litigation.
