Agnes was very professional, respectful, and diligent in getting all the information needed from me in order to see if I had a valid claim or not. I tried to go through the process alone, it took almost two years to be turned down for good, even though I'm disabled. Agnes made me feel like there was hope again, I'm so grateful already. Agnes was quick to respond to my phone calls, emails or txt msg, which in this day an age is a BIG DEAL, time is of the essence and Agnes understands that, it shows in her work ethics!
