I’ve used this location since 2012 but the new (actually old & crotchety) guy working there is so nasty. I was in today and the woman he was helping invited me to put my packages down on the counter (heavy) and this really upset him. I’d had one other unpleasant encounter with him before. No thanks. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

Don't schedule an appointment here for any services, they don't staff the appointments on their end so there is no point. It's first come first serve for anything.

So if there is a line of walk-ins already there right before your appointment, your appointment doesn't happen until after they are all served first.

Jim is fantastic. Always provides efficient and quality service with a positive attitude. It's conveniently located next to King Soopers. They have mailboxes with actual addresses and will sign and hold packages for you. Definitely a step up from your local USPS.

Definitely not a happy customer right now, this place has been closing early now for (2 Weeks) at 1pm due to a stated medical emergency. During this time period I have been struggling to retrieve mail as well several Amazon packages being returned indicating unable to access the location
Additionally now I'm being inconvenienced by having to cut lunch breaks short to fit getting mail. Although I am sympathetic to anyone with a medical issues it remains this is business and it should always have enough staff on hand to maintain normal business hours. Finally the fact that there are no Saturday hours which is also inexcusable. I am starting to wonder why I did a mailbox renewal at this location and definitely will be establishing a different location for further mail services and will not be doing another renewal.

Waited over 3 hours at this location because according to uhaul they are open on saturdays. They are not, wasted hundreds of dollars and an entire day. Don’t ever use this location. Not worth it. All their info is out dated
