I've only lived in CO for 1 months. So, naturally I Googled where a Mailbox place is for a Notary I needed. The location 1.8 min from my home didn't answer the phone, and I couldn't be happier!! The owner I dealt with was so kind. Took care of my needs and was $5 cheaper then another company I called 3 mi from my home. I would have paid the extra $5 per page they were so very kind. Efficient. And bid me blessings on my new career endeavor, and welcomed me to CO. It was absolutely worth the 8 mi drive. Forget the places closer to me!! I'll be returning here should I need further mail or Notary services. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Stopped in on 12/21. I didn't catch their names but the newer female employee and the woman helping her, were extremely sweet and patient with me and my 2.5 year old. We haven't lived in CO long and after a bad experience with staff at a UPS store we came here. Glad we did, I'll come here from now on even though it's half an hour away!

This is a great place to drop packages off. Staff is always friendly. They will also print shipping labels for you if you email the labels to them. It costs 44 cents which is kinda lame but overall this location is good to ship with all of the companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS).

I live in the neighborhood so I come to this place regularly, it’s very convenient for us to drop off mails . So I showed up today has couple bad burn spots on my arm ( from work ) . Once mr Cris knew it ,he took really good care of me ,it made my eyes watered . I feel they are not just business , they re more like family now . Thank u Cris for ur kindness ,I hope everybody would support this awesome local business, and also I have to mention that this little store does have some cool stuff to purchase as well .

Not bad. Prices pretty good. People are cool & my mail comes before 2pm, so i can get it before I need to be home. The only problem I have which brings review down are those after hours door key cards. Mine kept going out & I wasted time going there at midnight more than once. No idea what was wrong with card but I gave it up. No need for the headaches & wasted extra money. Other than that, good job guys

Convenient location but couldn't mail small letters at an affordable price. Cheaper to go to the post office than here. This is a good place for supplies or prepaid label drop offs.

I had the best experience today with Nicole!!! I had to ship a vacuum back and didn’t have the box, she helped me find the box that would fit the best and even taped it for me. She was excellent, her customer service was outstanding and she was such a pleasure to be around. Thank you Nicole!!!

Mail XPress is so convenient! I have dropped off several packages/mail items with them and the employees are always quick and friendly. We have also used their notary service, no complaints.

The only negative is that they couldn’t take Amazon returns, but that’s not their fault. They said Amazon and UPS made a contract so they can’t scan the return code and you have to take it to a UPS store for drop off.
