Do not recommend. We continually receive others mail in our PO box and my DHL mail was returned and they were unwilling to provide a refund. Will no longer use this vendor.

The woman working behind the counter, who could barely speak clearly, and was on her phone doing personal calls, told me a PO Box is a year fee minimum $240.00, and they want a DL AND passport as ID!
What kind of scam racket is this ‘business’ running? Totally untrustworthy and unprofessional staff.

Paid an exorbitant rate because I figured they would do a good job. Absolutely did not happen. Had to call to remind them when they didn’t follow through. Could not get a shipping number from them that the were supposed to email.
I called them again to get the number while I was driving. I was told it was only 12 numbers and I should write it down because he didn’t have time to email it.
I hate to say this about a business in my neighborhood. Don’t use thes guys.

I sent 2 packages through them, somehow they sent both of them to completely different people and addresses in different states. I have no idea where they got the names and addresses to send my packages to as I verified before shipping. They offered no resolution to fix it. I will never use them again!

I have a FedEx label I need to print. This is a FedEx office. I arrived and the woman told me she couldn’t print it, and to go to UPS to create a label… Then come back and send it? Very frustrating now I need to take my business to postal annex
