The staff and owner are great and fantastic people that make sure everyone leave informed and happy with their purchase. This a great option for the rural community that has provided me with friendly service, good products, and valuable information. Always willing to look at our family plan account to see how to better fit. Yes the prices are little high but access to a product in a remote area is the value added. I've purchased phones through other AT&T stores, told them I did so, and service never swayed. If you have a problem with the prices and are not in a hurry to have the product I suggest going online to purchase.

The wonderful ladies at Mad Mountain don't deserve that dreadful review. These ladies are always available, even to the point of delivering phones to people's homes after hours. They are now holding classes -- generally twice a month -- to help those of us who are smartphone and tablet illiterate. As I understand it, phone prices are set by the manufacturer, and those are the prices that are quoted. Any time there is a special from the manufacturer, the ladies are quick to tell customers about it so that a new phone or a new program can be chosen. They keep track of customers' accounts so that upgrades at the best price are available. Deb, Mimi, and Windy -- and Lily -- are great!
