Don’t use this place! My mom ask them about applying for VISA for China and also do name change for new passport, ask them more than 3 times if new VISA is required for new name on passport, the boss (Mrs. Zhu) said no, just court order along with new and old passport is ok, former client said it’s ok. Rejected at airline counter and call her back, she said she’s didn’t work for the airline and insist what she said was correct and told us to go to the consulate and take care of it ourselves! Takes no responsibility of helping client to take care of the situation at all! The name on the new passport was also wrong, the way they fill out the form is like it’s rush and takes no care for proof reading, now my mom’s name on every document is different (VISA, passport, Driver license) and ask us to go back to them and redo everything (and pay them service fees again)!

Unprofessional tax preparer, not CPA. Messed up our tax return last year and generated $7000 more tax adjustment + penalties from IRS now. Tried to call and email multiple times. Assistant kept saying she's out of office and will get back to us. We never heard back.
