This woman was assigned as representative to my father after someone filed a complaint saying he was being abused (no, not by me, someone else). I was never contacted to be notified. When I found out and called her, she refused to tell me where he was. Finally, she texted me a cryptic message with part of an address, date and time and nothing else. Needless to say, I tried to pull up the address, had several hits and no idea which was correct. She says, I was a no show. Then she says since I could not see him at this "hospice/home" without an appointment, that she would set up another time for the following weekend and that was the last I heard from her.

Now, my father has passed away and I was never able to say goodbye and she never even called to let me know, she left a voice mail on my stepmother's phone.

She has also been terrorizing my stepmother both financially and emotionally. I have filed complaints which I hope will save others from this pain. She still won't even tell me where to retrieve his remains so we can plan a service for him.

It is no surprise even this attorney's peers give her poor reviews. She was dishonest, failed to go over my case for more than three months, was unethical in her practices and eventually I was forced to report her to the State Bar of AZ. Sadly, she is appointed to represent clients who cannot afford representation and these clients all have horror stories and unfair sentences. We also have mutual professional acquaintances who have expressed their disgust in her unprofessional behavior. How she is able to continue practicing law is beyond me. Stay far away from this one and if you are one of the unlucky people who get her appointed to you by the courts, document everything because when she fails to provide you with counsel, she will not let you fire her easily. TIP: reporting her to the State Bar has been effective historically in getting her to remove herself from your case. Good luck!
