Do you want competent people to handle your professional legal needs? THIS ISN"T IT!!!!!
Do you want a joke and laughing-stock experience with a bunch of clowns who can't even do a simple job? This IS it!!!!
I can't even count how many times they screwed up on my house closing docs and could have lost the transaction earnest money!!! Their attorney hung up when I asked if they would take responsibility for the botch-job. They couldn't even orchestrate the closing times and location - nobody knew anything about the transaction closing locations and times! LAST PLACE I WOULD USE!!

Worked with them a few years ago and had a really pleasant experience. Decided to reach out to them to update a grant deed and it was a totally different story. Emailed and called with questions but had a hard time getting someone to respond to me. Today, I called to follow up on an email I sent 2 weeks ago and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, continued to cut me off- I even asked her why she was so rude and explained that I don’t work in the industry and needed clarification. Nonetheless- I’ve actually used them twice in the past and will never do business with them again.

I purchased my home a year ago , only to find out the seller didn’t pay taxes for 2022 and 2023 the closing attorney did not include this information in the closing contract the attorney should have researched that information the seller is to cover the taxes that were due now I received a letter from my mortgage company stating that my mortgage has increased a total $600 , Please do your own research when it comes to the taxes portion because I was only in the house for six months in 2023 but now it’s my responsibility to cover the 2022 and 2023 full taxes amount. NEVER AGAIN I tried reaching out and it’s always leave a message or reach out via email please don’t waste your time here !

They were my closing Attorneys. Very professional and tidy. They definitely play by the book. I only had a small problem post closing. Some of my credit cards needed to be paid off and they held the checks. Took several months to get a final check for one card but never got calls from the handler of finances. Small amount of dissatisfaction but my lender finally cleared them and the check got cut. Aside from that, I rate them a 4 but 2 on communication with the buyer.

Horrible!!! No communication through the whole process. I only found out things were needed if I called. Stressed out the day before closing when I called they claimed my mortgage company had not submitted the closing documents which was not true. Would not recommend the Conyers location. Had my closing documents transferred to their Tucker office. Closing day was seamless at that location.
