Updated 4 Star Review - A representative connected with Ludlow Engineering and Land Surveying promptly responded to our previous review by providing clear and detailed explanations to every owner in Gardner Village. This is the type of explanation we needed! All questions that we have asked have been addressed specifically and in detail. We now feel content that we understand the plans and what to expect while the development is finished.
I would urge Ludlow Engineering and Land Surveying to provide this type of clear and detailed information to all of their associates as well as their clients from the very beginning. Any client using their services would also do well to request such clarity from the beginning to avoid our same circumstances.

1 Star Review- Ludlow Engineering and Land Surveying provided the civil planning for the townhouse community Gardner Village. The plans included in the closing documents were clear on the development of the community. However, the explanation of the plans to the residents from the time we closed to now (a year later) has been confusing and almost misleading. We haven't been able to ask the right questions because the accurate and explicit information hasn't been communicated to us. No clear plans explaining the ownership of property or the development of the community areas was or has been provided. We are left to find out what is going to happen in our neighborhood when the backhoe moves in tons of gravel right next to our house.
So Ludlow Engineering may provide excellent service and certainly operates legally, however I would personally warn anyone using their services to demand explicit and clear information and a detailed review of those plans before finalizing anything.
