Love this little small business!!
They do great printing jobs and are timely in completing! They communicate with you throughout whole process. 4 stars just because they’re a bit expensive but worth it based on quality and supporting small local business!

0 stars !! I have never been treated so poorly in a commercial establishment. Besides being extremely slow, the owner is also incredibly RUDE. I thought she was just having a bad day, but after reading all the reviews on Google, I realized that’s just how she is.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the service center while trying to send a package through DHL. The middle-aged lady with short blonde hair not only proved unhelpful but also displayed a concerning level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Upon mentioning the country of destination, her demeanor shifted noticeably, and she insisted on an unnecessary postal code, contrary to DHL's guidelines. Despite presenting evidence from DHL's website, she dismissively suggested using the online service. This discriminatory behavior left me frustrated, and I am planning to file a complaint with DHL to address both the inconsistent service and the perceived prejudice. I hope my feedback contributes to improving customer experiences in the future.

Excellent customer service from the staff. Instead of making us come back the next day, they waited after closing up shop for the day to make sure we received our delivered package. No giant corporate shipping store would do something so personal and meaningful. Great staff, great location, great prices.

Came in to pick up a package that was delivered here and the woman working told me that the delivery notice was inaccurate. Two minutes later she finds my package and waves me off and tells me “not to worry about it.” Incredibly rude for no reason and not really sure why someone would choose to work in the service industry if they want nothing to do with people. A shame when it seems like other workers there are nice enough and Lowry has always had a decent sense of community but she puts the stink on things a bit too much. IMO, support a different small business

This is a great location for a secure place to drop off a package if you live in an apt complex where packages are constantly stolen. I was struggling to get here in time because they close at 5 pm but a quick call and the owner stayed open for extra time just so I could get my package. She was so nice and I am so thankful and will use this place to have packages delivered in the future. Thanks again!

Had a package to pick up from DHL here and the person at the store was extremely rude. They told me they didn't have my package at first so I tried to give further details on the package and they cut me off in the middle of my sentence telling me shipping details made absolutely zero difference. They asked where my package was from and I didn't know since it was an online purchase. Finally, spelled my name since it is spelled differently than it sounds and the person realized my package was right in front of them the entire time. At then end the attendant told me they return packages after 1 week and I said it had been 6 days and they said 6 or 7 days is a small detail and doesn't matter. Not sure if this means they send packages back before 7 days. Their hiurs are also only 10am to 5pm on weekdays so getting to this store is difficult.
Definitely would never go to this shop for any reason ever again.
