My name is Shenika Hill, and Oh my goodness where do I even start! First off my entire experience with this firm was amazing from day one. I transferred my case from a firm that never answered or returned my calls, I didn’t know what was going on with my case, or get any updates period, I felt so lost, discouraged and completely disregarded. I was with that firm for almost a month and a half and no one returned not one of my calls until they received paperwork informing them of my transfer. But boy what a difference switching to Lowe Law made, I met so many helpful, honest, and informative people from the very start, there was Tiffany, Stacey (my case manager), and Helen Hopkins (my attorney)…they were all at the top of their game with keeping me updated and informed whenever I called or even texted. I’m talking response time on point, they were knowledgeable about any questions that I might’ve had it was just great. Now Helen Hopkins was my lawyer and words can’t really express how great she made this experience for me but I’m going to try anyway! While working with Ms. Hopkins I always felt like I was actually learning about my case, learning how things work, and why things worked the way they do. I never felt taken or hustled because of my lack of knowledge of her field, in-fact it was quite the contrary……. Ms. Hopkins broke down and explained things to me in great detail if I was confused about anything, I always felt confident after hanging up a call with her. Ms. Helen Hopkins worked relentlessly to put as much money into my pocket as she could, she even got me an increase just days before we settled out and I am so grateful for her hard work and dedication, it takes a lot for a busy lawyer at a great firm such as Lowe law to make you feel like you are their only client? I don’t know how she did it but she did and I am grateful!
