If I can give zero stars I would. I see there are mixed reviews so everyone experiences are different. But this company has added on more stress than needed during my eviction proceeding. They stop you outside of court to ask if you need legal assistance just to not assist properly and professionally. I had no problem paying money to my landlord my only issue was they were over charging me for utilities that I paid separately. I appealed to go to a higher court that would take time to hear my argument while thinking lone Star could assist. At this time it seems no one cares about the tenants being screwed over even when I showed supporting documentation to this company about what has transpired with my landlord. I felt disregarded again and felt this company was being lazy to actually understand where I was coming from. I even offered to pay them but because I was qualified I didn’t have to and I’m glad because I would rather pay a real lawyer that will listen to their clients concerns and fight on their behalf. This was a literal waste of my time and energy working with this company. Moving forward I wish everyone the best in life as situations come about. It’s already hard enough out here but you don’t need a company that will give you false hope of assisting. I truly wish the government actually cares about the less fortunate. Blessings to all

Whats the point of waisting our time if you NEVER HELP. THeres more but im to upset righteous, FIRST AND FOREMOST ALL SENIORS SHOULD BE RESPECTED AND PROTECTED......being evicted due to rent not paid in two months because of memory. And charged and has paid on his lightbill $600.00 for CPoint comming out 3 times, when HE had three months of power issues with lights going out 2 to 3 times aday, but he was told to call them by his Apartment complex. And they also charged him for when cp came out to fix it after 3 months. Also the fear of the arc explosions everytime Breaker was fliped. also Airconditioner has yet to be fixed going over five months now. When it should have been fixed the very same day atleast next day in JUNE, in HOUSTON, TEXAS. AND Lastly, due to the AC, the portable ACs have significantly increased his electricity bill. And that increase/difference he is owed back. So why can't he get help? What HE only wants is to stay in his home #1. Then get the money owed to him from light bill issues subtracted from his late unpaid rent. BLAH

Lonestar aide was absolutely amazing. The attorney Thai Nguyen was very honest, professional and helpful. He made my first court date very calming and stress free. It was not a long dragged out process neither. I'm very grateful to him.I thank God for an amazing lawyer.

These people are a joke every time I call they're not taking phone applications, every time I try to do a online application they tell me I have to schedule a phone application. I swear the whole city of Houston needs to do better with these people that they have in these offices. A shame you can't even get help when you need it.

Humble Courthouse really needs to stop having us call this number for Legal Help, I had only two questions, only two I called & supposedly I was transferred to an attorney ,when I asked if I can get an eviction removed, he answered " you know what I would like to know the answer to that same question" ⁉️.... Feeling defeated? and disappointed ? I ended up asking Siri and she answered it for me ❤️‍?

Thai Nguyen is who I would recommend to anyone who's dealing with cases they need to get cleared off of their record ,he's absolutely the best ,he checks in on his clients ,consistently giving updates on how things are going with your case .The brother is a great person all together .I appreciate you for your help your and dedication to help me get those stumbling blocks behind me.
