Noch bevor es losging stand fest, Herr Ribaudo und ich passen einfach nicht zusammen. Ich rechne ihm hoch an, dass er meinen Beitrag unverzüglich und zuverlässig zurücküberwiesen hat, nachdem sich dies herausgestellt hat. Ich glaube auch, dass er mir sicher eine hervorragende Unterstützung bei der Lohnsteuer gewesen wäre, das will ich gar nicht in Abrede stellen (die Bewertungen hier gehen ja in diese Richtung). Menschlich hat es leider gar nicht funktioniert, mein persönlicher Eindruck ist, dass ich ihn als Kunde/Mensch bei seiner eigentlichen Arbeit nur gestört habe. Aber: Ohne Menschen keine Steuerberatung. Ich bin ganz sicher, mit ein wenig Flexibilität hätte sich (irgend)eine gemeinsame Lösung für mein recht kleines Problem gefunden. Schon unser E-Mail-Wechsel war vermutlich zeitaufwändiger. Wer weiß, wie es weitergegangen wäre? Ich empfinde ihn leider also so flexibel wie eine Eisenbahnschiene, da bewegt sich nichts. Dann doch lieber gleich die Reißleine ziehen. Mehr als drei Sterne sind deshalb nicht für mich drin.

Sehr freundliches, anwaltlich geführtes Lohnsteuerbüro, wenn man mal Fragen hat wird man vom Ehepaar Ribaudo immer geduldig aufgeklärt. Gepflegte Räumlichkeiten und die Wartezeiten sind eher sehr kurz, auch wenns es in den über 20 Jahren, in denen ich schon Kunde bin, selten auch mal länger dauerte, zu Stoßzeiten kann das angehen.
