I was referred to Lodgepole Law by my realtor to review home sale contracts. I called late in afternoon last Friday. I spoke with Stephanie and explained what I needed. She was very polite and explained that their services were not what I was looking for. I asked if she could possibly point me in the right direction. I put the matter to rest and forgot about it. I check email on Mon and she had gone through the effort to get me the pertinent information with a very nice note... mind blown!! I called back just to see if I'd missed anything and spoke with another great associate, sorry forgot her name, informative once again! Cool, all's well put the matter to rest, I'm on my way. Later that day I get a phone call and it's Ben to make sure that I understood why I wasn't a fit for them. Well, we had a great conversation and a few laughs.
This sort of service just sadly doesn't exist anymore. Friendly, prompt, informative and helpful.... what an awesome experience.
Everyone I spoke with went out of their way to help me, and I'm just a random caller.

I was connected with Ben through Rocket Lawyer and have been so pleased with my experience. Ben was personable, down-to-earth and provided me with great information and sound advice. Our initial call is time that he was donating and that call alone offered great value. As a small business owner, I can't say how much I appreciate how honest he was in his advice, even if that advice did not involve billable work for Ben and his team. He was upfront about what their areas of expertise were, and what areas they don't commonly work in, as well as cost of services, helping me to make the best decision for my project and small business. I've also recommended Ben to my husband to meet needs for his work and will continue to recommend to other friend, colleagues, etc. Another side note, I asked to reschedule a couple hours before our meeting due to an unexpected conflict and Eren was very kind and understanding for the last minute change.
