I really appreciated the time that Mr. Greene took to review our records. Ultimately they were unable to help us at this time with a case but they left the door open to come back and reassess if things worsened. They showed compassion and transparency with why they made their decision and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me to review their reasoning and walk me through some options. Recently, I was a witness for the plaintiff in a medical malpractice lawsuit. The Plaintiff’s legal team from this law firm worked for 4 1/2 years honing their knowledge of the medical subject matter pertaining to the case, and effectively used that information to professionally present the case to the jury. Approximately 80% of all medical malpractice lawsuits find in favor of the doctor, however, careful and meticulous preparation by this law firm was instrumental in the jury’s decision to find in favor of the Plaintiff in this case. .
Lee Livingston, Tony Greene and their Senior paralegal Christy Ochs made an exceptional legal team.
