I don't normally leave reviews but I have to make an exception. The team I had at Livesay & Myers was exceptional. I recently spent thousands of dollars on another firm without seeing any positive results. I found Livesay & Myers and was put in touch with Lindsay Connolly and her team. They hit the ground running and were in constant communication with me throughout the entire process, which I greatly appreciated. If you want results then go with Livesay & Myers and definitely ask for Lindsay Connolly, one of the best attorneys I've ever worked with.

After looking into the office I called and set up a day to review things. Ms Sarah happened to be the lawyer that was available to meet me and from the moment I meet her I have been pleased with the work. I found her to be helpful, friendly, to the point with my concerns which I loved, respond to questions/emails in a very timely manner, easy to schedule phone calls when needed and most importantly very knowledgeable of the process and how to handle situations. I started working with her in 2022 for my Divorce. At that time her paralegal was Ms Ashley which I found her to be very helpful and on top of things when needed. Later Ms Sunny became Ms Sarah's new paralegal and was always helpful, understanding, very friendly, responded to emails quickly in a timely manner and just like Sarah took great care of my case. She made things happen very quickly and the longest things was waiting for the courts with a dates they had available for trial. I was kept up to date with everything as things were unfolding. Thankful my Ex agreed to the PSA at the last minute the week before our court case so we were able to settle and avoid trial. I would highly recommend Ms Sarah and the office.

Sarah Patras and her paralegal Sunny Reneau are the best hands down. Because of them, I now have sole legal and physical custody of my children and receive the financial support that was requested. This custody battle sucked the life out of me mentally, but they were there every step of the way to help me fight.

Communication was never an issue, and Sarah was very transparent throughout the whole process. Not only did they help me win the initial hearing in Juvenile & Domestic court, but they also helped me win the final appeal in Circuit court as well! I would like to express my utmost gratitude and respect for the legal team of Sarah Patras and Sunny Reneau. There are not enough superlatives to describe this team and the service they provided me throughout the entirety of my 18-month divorce process. It has been an absolute honor and privilege to have been able to have had such an outstanding team on my side, representing me every step of the way. They are very competent and always well-prepared an pay the utmost attention to every detail. My first meeting with Sarah was in March 2023 she immediately gave me a level of comfort that she could and would handle any situation and that she was going to do an exceptional job. Sarah expertly guided me through a Pendente Lite hearing that effectively moved my now ex-spouse out of my house, and steadfastly fought on my behalf during a 10-hour failed attempt to come to an agreeable Marriage Settlement Agreement using private mediation (the failure was the fault of my now ex-wife, who refused to agree to the division of any assets). My divorce was finalized in August 2024 as a result of Sarah’s (and Sunny’s) tireless efforts working straight through an entire weekend to eventually get a result before a Monday morning court appearance. We left the court that Monday morning with a signed divorce decree, solely because Sarah had pre-positioned all necessary documents (and there were many) in anticipation of the outcome that did happen. Both Sarah and Sunny have remained actively engaged with me and my case, post-divorce ensuring each and every event mandated in the settlement agreement is executed and adhered to (and there were and are many). The level of care taken toward my case and empathy shown toward me as a person during this process was amazing. Forever encouraging me to stay the course and Sunny being my greatest cheerleader, and always there with reassuring comments and a smile to let me know that I will make it through. Sarah is much, much more than just a Super Lawyer Rising Star; she is the definition of a Super Lawyer as is Sunny in the Paralegal profession.
