On the date and time of your call to me two Civil Litigation Attorneys were silently listening on the phone. They both heard and witnessed your phone rant. They were made aware of our current Real Estate situation/problem and provided us with very sound legal advise and counsel. I also shared my previous Google Review that I wrote about you with them and how you called, cried and begged my Realtor to have me remove it. I shared with them your demand letter that you sent to a Real Estate Broker and her Agent when you represented us and charged us $500 for this useless service plus the fact that you did not do what you said you were going to do by filing a complaint with the NC Real Estate Commission. In fact in an email you sent me you tried to shake us down for more money to do this! I shared all of your emails that you had sent to me and my responses back to you. Have you even read your unprofessional demand letter that you signed and sent to the aforementioned defendants? It leaves no doubt in anyone's mind why the defendants blew you off and ignored you! It was indeed laughable to say the least.

Regarding your ranting verbal communication/call to me it was recommended to us that I file a formal complaint with regard to you with the NC Bar Association and that sworn affidavits by the two Attorneys would be provided as to what they heard, read and know about you. It was also recommended that I/We forget about you and to move on. You are not even worth my time and effort to file a complaint regarding you with the NCBA.

My first Google review about you was truthful and not "damaging" as you claim. Your Peers have rated you with low and poor scores in all areas of the practice of Law. A past Client of yours in April of 2023 wrote a review of you and called you a "Manic and that people should stay away from you", you know who I am talking about. It can be read on numerous legal websites. We agree and could add more adjectives to describe you. Sometimes hearing and reading the truth about ones self hurts. Your a LOSER Mr. Lipof and a very sick man!

For you to even suggest or require/demand that my wife and I give up my/our Constitutional rights as you have added/written into your Letter of Engagement is totally out of the question and insane! As per your Letter of Engagement that you revised/amended by you, simply to suit your egotistical needs and desires so that you would consider or honor us to discuss our Breach of Contract problem for a fee of $250 for one hour of your time is unthinkable! I really thought you were better than that, but I guess not!! My free advise to you Mr. Lipof is to always respect your Elders, son.

So, thank you Mr. Lipof. But, NO THANK YOU! We do not want your counsel and we do not need you. I don't know who you think you were talking to when you called me on the phone last week and I do not care, but I forgive you and feel very sorry for you.

So please, please continue to block me. No need to reply by calling or email me regarding this Review because I have returned the favor and blocked you as well. I have decided to exercise my right of freedom of speech and expression as per writing a Google Review and other types of Social Media Reviews of you. I can however assure you that I will write the truth and nothing but the truth about you and be able to support what I write with physical evidence plus sworn affidavits from two Attorney witnesses. Perhaps you may recall the old saying, "watch and wait and when you least expect it, expect it"? Well that time has come.

The public needs to know and be made aware and warned to stay away from you. If your upset and angered by what you have read in this email and I suspect that you are and if you desire to remain in business, an appointment with a Psychiatrist and suggested Anger Management Classes are a very good idea for you. No $250 charge for this very sound advise.

Mr. Lipof please know that I always give as good as I get.
