My trust was updated successfully the end of 2024. Thomas Tuohy was the lawyer who helped me with this—and his associates, of course. Thomas was a pleasure to work with—he was relaxed and didn’t pressure me. He brought up items that I may not have thought of and provided answers to all of my questions. I engaged Lincoln & Wenk for my probate issue for my late husband's estate. Thomas R. Tuohy took the case and I couldn't have been more pleased with the interactions I had with him and the other office staff. Everyone was very responsive and professional and took care of all the probate issues. Everything was seamless and professional and I only wish their firm handled more than family-related legal issues, as I would use them for other issues that may arise.
