We’ve been trying so many things, they DO NOT return your calls. I don’t even know why they have a voicemail because they don’t use it. No matter who you call, or leave a message for NONE of them answer. No matter the time of day. Morning, evening, after luck, when they open, when they’re about to close. It doesn’t matter. So fed up.

The first time I tried to get help was a few years ago and it was awesome. Fast and easy and very helpful.
This time it’s been over three weeks and I can’t get anyone to call me back. I realize that most of them are probably out of the office due to Covid but I would think they’d be forwarding phone calls and working from home.
