Wow! These folks truly take customer service to a whole other level. I rented a U-Haul truck through them, and they went above and beyond to answer my questions, help me with any problems, and patiently intercede with corporate management. SHOUT OUT: Liberty Pack & Ship is amazing! They’re open convenient hours and everyone there is so nice! They take my Amazon returns (that aren’t specified I have to return to staples). Today I had a return of a broken trampoline from Amazon… Heather answered (a lot of places don’t even answer) the phone when I called to inquire whether or not they could take it and she said yes! She also arranged for help bringing it into the store because it was SO HEAVY and I had already tweaked my back trying to package it up. They were so kind and patient (even when I forgot my label at home the first trip lol). I highly recommend this kind, compassionate and locally owned company!

Didn’t do what they said they would. I prepaid shipping with correct dimensions and weight with UPS. Liberty explained to me in detail how they were going to package my large heavy item. Held my package for 7 days then told me to pick it up. It was still in the exact same spot as when I dropped it off along with the double sided boxes (still folded up) that they told me to buy.

I’m not sure what happened here. But I think the employee was eager to help me and the owner decided not to because I didn’t pay for the shipping through them and they didn’t get their markup. The owner attempted to scold me for not shipping it the way he suggested. I told them they shouldn’t have accepted it if they weren’t going to ship it. He told me to take it and get out.

I went back in to try and smooth things over with the owner, he proceeded to lie to me about calling earlier in the week to tell me to pick it up. The only phone call I received was that morning. He told me that phone calls didn’t always come through in a timely manner, whatever that means. I showed the missed call and the voicemail message at the exact same time, but he didn’t want to see it. He finally used the words I’m sorry at the end of our conversation. That was the first and only apology I received.

I’ve used liberty shipping for U-Haul’s and shipping for 4 year. Spending thousands over the years. I can never go back there after an experience like this one which is extremely disappointing. All they had to do is take responsibility for their mess up. Apologize, and offer me a solution to make it right.

Instead, they lied and showed a complete disregard for my business. So basically, I have to refund $750 to the person that bought the item and eat $179 UPS shipping.

Shirley, Heather, Cody and next door employee Emmanuel provided outstanding customer service to my husband and I when dealing with our passport photos under very unusual circumstances. These 4 individuals went well beyond any reasonable customer service expectations to ensure that we had our passport photos and that our renewal applications was safely mailed.
