I strongly advise against this law firm. They failed to perform their duties and instead took the side of the opposing party without ensuring the well-being of the children. Nearly a year and a half passed, and Macy visited the children only 2 times. Her decision was based solely on allegations made by the plaintiff. There was no proofs at all. Don’t recommend this firm the worst. All the care is about getting paid.

Incompetent would be a nice way to say how I truly felt. Disregarded, forgotten, accusatory, are all better ways to explain my experience. Nearly $15k later I played a better lawyer than my attorney Kelsey Boggan. She did great paperwork. However, every ounce of evidence was disregarded and when my rights were clearly violated openly in court, she tucked her head in shame and then blamed me. In a legal system designed to disenfranchise minorities I expected, "you get what you pay for". Not in this case. In fact, after my first deposit she went MIA for Lasik surgery. Then proceeded to fumble her way through misrepresenting my experience and pleas for help. Not reviewing any evidence or building a case. Especially when it truly mattered. If you're looking for a lawyer, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. They only care about money and not helping the broken. However, I'm glad my payment went to something that might help her see her failures so she might be better moving forward.

Response - That's a great response to not take accountability. Just as I would expect from this establishment. I have all my receipts, the court case is public posting, and I have copies of all my evidence neglected. As well as emails confirming all of my claims and experiences from Kelsey Boggan herself. Despite these facts you still deny the truth. I greatly advise anybody needing legal assistance to avoid this establishment at all costs. It's clear now not only will they throw you under for money but lie through their teeth for a false image of security and trust.
