I would recommend Lerner and Rowe for everyone. No one should fight alone in dealing with insurance companies trying to find any and every way to not pay on claims. Lerner and Rowe does NOT play games at all, and if you are lucky enough to get Lindsay as a case manager and Ty as an attorney; just know you will have fighters in your corner who will get every dime you are entitled to. I was in an accident about a year ago. The offices of Lerner and Rowe were the first I called and it was an obvious choice. They were extremely helpful, patient and were very communicative.
