Raphael was very knowledgable working in this space, and more so, working with Tesla. Raphael's experience was very prevalent as he was able to navigate all the legal obstacles and inner-workings with Tesla. I was having car issues with my old Inifinity and the dealer was giving me the run around, as well as consumer affairs from Nissan USA. It wasn't until I reached out to Lemon Aid and had the pleasure of speaking with Raphael that things started to change. He guided me to the steps I should take, and what to look for when going to the dealer to report my issues. I was finally able to go through the consumer affairs and did not need to open a case with Lemon Aid. However, even though there was no case Raphael helped and gave me advice all the way through.
