Edit: 7/29/22 my mom requested a different lawyer so she had to do another intake. An attorney named Ashley got in touch with her super nice that one phone call and explained things to her. She said she will call my mom back because she has to look what the last lawyer did. 2 weeks later, haven’t heard back so my mom called several times and even went there for her to call. This time Ashley was extremely RUDE. Saying she’s not my mom’s attorney and the first guy is and to do another intake if she wants a new lawyer. Then saying they don’t have the funds for this. Funds to represent her Why is this place there if they aren’t going to help people?!? My mother is an older disabled woman looking for help. That “lawyer” was another extremely unprofessional and rude. If you are miserable at your job, get a new one. We are calling to report this place. Place do not go there.

My mom has called them every week since NOVEMBER. No one has not called her back after doing an intake. They lawyer always seem to be “away”.

Update: still horrible service. My mom can never get in touch with her lawyer. Her landlord is HARASSING her even caused her so much anxiety and stress that she had to go to the hospital. We have been calling him for over a week and no response. I even emailed him a week ago and nothing. Called the intake line and they said he will call Thursday evening or Friday morning and nope he didn’t. Her caseworker that is in the same building sent him an email saying it’s an emergency and nothing. My mom even went to the office twice last week and of course he wasn’t there. This is extremely unprofessional.

No help for citizens. Unsatisfactory communication. Paralegals phone manner is questionable.

Use them as a last resort.

They only help people with a very limited amount of things. Going thru the intake dept takes forever. I was on the phone for 25 minutes and Noone picked up.
