After calling for 8 weeks to get an appt, I finally get a call from Zach. After explaining that my 93 years young mother has misplaced her Will and POA. Of course he had to talk directly to her, which took another 10 days and a call to him asking him to call her. Yes, her called her and talked so fast that she thought he was a scammer… after I explained this to him, he told me that he will not make an appt for her. His reasoning is because I want her to have these documents more than she does…so wrong! What a rude lawyer. If you get an appt with Zach, please ask for a different attorney!
A note to Zach…I will be getting her documents by a reputable and carrying attorney!

So we just got done visiting here after being referred by the probate court with an estate matter and also I had some housing questions however don’t go here unless you’re actually just not paying your rent tour at facing a court date so basically you have to not do what you’re supposed to do and Get down to where you have no choice but to pay it in order to even be seen there they were very nice. I will give them that but they are absolutely zero help. Don’t waste your time
They’ve already called multiple times that almost impossible to get through to. It’s really unhelpful and it was a waste of my time. I am advising you to not waste your time. I don’t know where they get their funding from but the whole process should be reevaluated because Complete waste of time

If you’re a citizen, who’s doing what you’re supposed to do obeying the law and all of that stuff you know you should be able to get help but you can’t you have to be somebody who is poor and who isn’t doing what they’re supposed to do or who got behind on their rent or whatever so again don’t waste your time unless you’re in that situation

When I came in the staff was friendly. I came in 9:30 in the morning didn’t have to wait long. Talk to someone the same day. I talk to two people and they have me great information on how to go about my situation. Happy to say it did work. Some changes did get made. So thank you for your time.
