Literally never had an experience like this ever in my LIFE. I was helping my DEAF mother and she was a bit anxious because she’s deaf she wasn’t able to answer. Well on her day off I called they told me they would give me a call at around 1:30, at about 3 pm I made 3 calls. At maybe 3:30-4:00 I get a call from supposedly the lawyer on my mothers case telling me “stop calling you’re causing a disturbance”. Why would nobody tell me before not to call and that yall would call me by end of day. How would I know I’m disturbing if nobody said a word Passive aggressive behavior isn’t clear communication. If someone would have clearly communicated to me not to call the number provided I wouldn’t have become a disturbance int he FIRST PLACE. Then the lawyer on the phone continues to be condescending and talking to me in a rude tone. SORRY humans make mistakes what else did y’all want from me ?

Sara was really sweet and helpful! Even though I called a few times about the same thing she still remained professional and understanding! After trying to get in touch with Brevard County, I was glad to actually hear a voice at the end of the phone. Although they could not help me she did provide resources for me to contact! They are a hot mess and super rude. The people that call this number are going through real issues, the last thing they need are rude employees making their day worst. They’ll make you sit through their terrible attitudes and then provide ZERO assistance whatsoever.
I scheduled an appointment yesterday to speak with an employee today at 2pm. Not only did they not call me nor pick up my calls but they also told me that there was no appointment scheduled for today. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY’VE DONE THIS!!

Great organization with dedicated and professional staff. I have referred clients to them with very positive results. They obviously can't help everyone who "wants free legal help", but they do a great job serving the most vulnerable and those with the greatest need.

They doesn’t deserve 1 start but is needed. The attorney assigned sent me 3 or 4 emails telling me in the end if I’m not happy with the service I can find another private attorney. One of those email the attorney called me Manipulator and Frivolous about an argument SHE SUGGESTED to put in my case and I did so 1 year after she relaized the argument was not viable and she prefer call me name before to accept her mistake .They said their philosophy and success in a parenting case is to accept everything the other parent said , they are not going to do NOTHING they won’t read your email and suggestions if you have some material or evidence that you can use they won’t , child support calculation WRONG they use a system that calculated less money that the law said , if you are not agree with the attorney they rudely will drop off the case , So if you are looking fight for the BEST BENEFIT OF YOUR kids this is not the place
