Unprofessional. They said they would help me file court documents, and never did. Talked to case managers and attorneys several times there, they said they would show up to my Zoom court meeting and NEVER did. I had explained all the unlawful harassment I was enduring and had proof, receipts, and 2 video recordings. Erika stated in writing that it was “only $136” that was being extorted from me that day, so I should just pay it. All they had to do was send a letter (like they have done for hundreds of other people) but they gave me the run around for 2 months just to end up doing nothing. Don’t send them your personal documents and evidence. They are collecting all of that private information with no intent to assist you. Now your identity and likeness is compromised. That is what their true intentions are. No way they just wasted two months asking me for documents, sending emails, texts, and phone calls just to act like they didn’t have 5 minutes to draft up 1 legal letter. They will waste your time and try to manipulate you into sharing all your information and wasting hundreds of dollars for NOTHING.

Hello San Mateo County. With all do honor. I would like to share my life changing experience with this law office. I left a message like any other person desperately looking for help. The staff does not care. Paperwork was submitted for them to file an answer to a unlawful detainer. They failed to fill out and file an answer to a complaint. Had court the next day ending getting evicted due to their negligence.

I called and asked to speak to an attorney or have an attorney. Call me and the reception is hung up on me. Extremely rude couldn't even get through. I was sothe stated unfold. Unfortunately it made me so upset that I don't even want to deal with them

Jerron was very helpful and got my SSI reinstated with back pay. He was very knowledgeable of the law and knew what to say when we spoke to SSI about reinstatement. It checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly after SSI reinstatement. I definitely will be keeping Jerron and Legal Aid in my contact list.

First he didn't call me back after 2 weeks when they told me they were going to call me the next day when I talk to somebody there she gave me the run-around and wasn't exactly truthful about my options against my insurance company. It was more like I was given the bum's rush. Sad because I could have done more but when you're talking to somebody that's helping you oppose somebody else shouldn't be making excuses for that person that's my opinion I don't know what's happening with our Legal Aid Society I really just like everybody else and blaming it on covid-19

Mr. Harding is an awesome attorney. My Mom has a complicated SSI case, she has hopeless since her appeal date is due soon. Finally, My Mom was referred to Mr. Harding. He listens to my Mom case with empathy and handles the case from start to finish in a couple days with perfection. My Mom’s appeal was submitted before due date and results exceeded expectations, she wins the appeal. Mr. Harding’s dedication is blessings

FYI: Legal Aid Society does not charge! I think some people are confused with another program. Very helpful. The receptionist is very professional and attorney Jonathan Garcia has been more than helpful, he is very knowledgeable and very professional.
