They literally find any excuse to not help you and take your case. Theres no such thing as a sinple divorce. They will only help you if your case has ZERO challenges. What a JOKE amd disgrace for a service to help those in financial trouble. Justice isnt a slogan this Legal Aid cares about.

Veronica in intake is extremely rude and unprofessional, she speaks over clients and if you dare ask for a supervisor she becomes vulgar and starts harassing you by accusing you of harassing her! Like narcissicm at its finest! Called back several times and asked for a supervisor in which she would answer sarcastically saying my name and that she knew it was me keeping me on hold trying to waste my time only to come back and say there was no supervisor. It's a shame every time I kept calling back I would get her, it's okay tho, paralegal already called me back and I'm able to ask for their assistance.
For the record I asked for her supervisor because I asked if it was possible to move the application fwd as is (due to her extremely uncomfortable demeanor) and she said yes at which point I said by chance do you send confirmations and she sarcastically says well do you want a confirmation? I said can I speak to your supervisor and she said I don't appreciate you HARRASSING me baby asking to speak to your boss isn't harrassment, what you're afraid of is your boss hearing that call and letting you go. Even called back from a different number to get her name and she slipped and gave it to me and I said were you helping me gave her my name and she just muted me ? she got caught and guess what, your supervisor is not only gonna know about it but you gonna hear about it. Hope you have a better day learn to leave your problems at the door cause girl I ain't it... ☠️

So they acted as if they where going to help me and if I wanted to take it to trail I could but as soon as I got to court the attorney switched it up and said it was best if I didn’t go to trail and basically forced /persuade me to just sign to move out in 45 days instead of him trying to get me more time to stay in the apt he said the landlord attorney wouldn’t agree to more time but I don’t even think he really asked him . So it’s best to represent yourself in court these ppl are not to be trusted . They want you to sign things you don’t owe etc . If you get attorney Caleb or whatever his name is represent yourself immediately

I was denied because the case is too complicated. All the experience and qualifications for basic divorce stuff. I wish I could provide a better review. All I needed was guidance on filing paperwork. Totally left hanging. Thanks for that.
