This place is a JOKE! I applied for assistance with a housing situation. I'm a 56 yr old Army vet that is also fighting for my VA disability at the moment and having a worry-free living environment would be fantastic. They called me two days after I applied and said that their attorney would be available in 90 minutes to speak with me. I said great. Then, the woman came back on the line and asked if I could speak with the attorney right that moment? I said that no, unfortunately, I wasn't available at the moment but, would be happy to speak with them at the agreed upon time. They never called. I contacted the office the next day and left a voice-mail. The following week I called and left a message with a secretary. That was three weeks ago. I give up. It doesn't appear that they're interested in assisting me.

Marine' Was seen by me. The first time I received a 3 day notice.
Due to bean moved into an apartment by an impersonator I have reports with every federal agency. Analeaglem of the impersonator I understand that portion is a civil lawsuit. However, she told me she would put my rental assistance. Through and 60 days later I received a legal eviction through the county. Went back to legal aid and that's when she decided oops, she never did it. And she pushed it through with Adina who assist with the legal evictions. Then it happens one more time to me mind you. This should have been the first and only time. She told me Adina will not assist me if I do not have money. So I had to find someone to let me borrow some and luckily. I was the first time I had to have $2000. The second time one thousand dollars so now I owe three thousand dollars too 2 different people. Here I am again one last time because my lease is up November 30th. For some reason, I was served illegal eviction. When my rent was only 14 days late. And I just had the verify my identity with the IRS because of the identity. Theft of mine by being moved into this department by an impersonator.
Who still wrongs and rents apartments and hasn't been arrested for at least identity theft.
This time when I contacted legal aid. I was told they will not assist me this time. I need to call legal rural services and they don't have an answer to the court for you. Set up, you don't have a way to get to. The courthouse in can't do it online yourself.
No one helps you and I looked it up. And legal aid is not supposed to deny any Palm Beach County resident of help as long as you qualify but this time I was told by marine they wont help this time. I hope that all of the organizations that donate to this organization legal aid, helping the people that can't afford a pay lawyer, see my review.
Because there is not a limit. I wish I never had been put in this situation. And never have been in 50 years but now I am.
And they do not care last time I was in the office. I heard her speaking to her supervisor before she came in the room, saying things about me. That weren't even true and telling me I can't get rental assistance. They're not accepting anyone. However, right? No assistance already told me. I was eligible but had to go there because I had the eviction in my hand and sure enough. It went through. They don't care about anyone, but they're misogyn's. Because they have somewhere to go after work with their kids. They offer me their services almost a month ago and I still haven’t heard from the lawyer that was going to take my case. Next time just say you can’t help

These people helped a ho get a restraining order on her mentally ill husband( the real victim). So she can fraudulent get a green card. They only want to win no matter how unethical and immoral their malpractice may be. They make false accusations on the victim and fabricated evidence because they have connection with the judge in 15th judicial court. The judge there are very biased

This firm is not good, they are the worst firm in Palm Beach County. I do not recommend them to anyone. Their whole staff is biased and unreasonable and do not show care or kindness to those who are unable to represent themselves seeking aid. Even when I tried to speak with a supervisor because of bad communication with a member on their behalf who has a nasty attitude, another higher representative said they would not help me in my case. I don’t know why their organization is being funded, its staff needs to be dismantled, dismembered and reorganized. They stand together and stand one-sided behind lies, unwilling to help those in need.They are a waste of time and donated money!

My case was assigned to lawyer Darcy Currey. She did her best and beyond she also took the time to explain to me the process and situation .It was a wake up call ! My understanding of the legal system is now connected with reality. Having the opportunity of having her counsel have changed my life forever.She will tell you facts as they are you like it or not .I just love that! Life is too short we can’t waste time we have to accept that we are wrong and just move forward.I’m thankful to Legal Aid Society

I Tried calling for a Case involving a None Emergency captain of none Emergency police deparment of lakeworth police department and a Barber that was financially exploited and not being paid the full amount each time from the officer. the barber for 2+ years losing money ?

The Rude Women/operator on the phone didn't even bother find another office too refer me too ? she told me google Search it.
