I was in dire need of their assistance and I still yet have not gotten a call back whatsoever so I do not rely on or cannot depend on their services or Aid in the time of need this is my third time trying to use them my second time went well but my first time they sent me a letter telling me the steps to take in my situation and I had already taken every single one of them so there was no further direction or options after that I was kind of just left hanging open ended and still fending for myself and that issue is still not resolved to this day. Very disappointing for the type of service and Aid that they are supposed to be for the community

They are extremely rude I never know what times they are open which makes them unpredictable, unethical, unreasonable, unpleasant and unprepared in all totality UNPROFESSIONAL!
