I had a notary public from a large corporation forge false information on an application that I had to fill out for financial aid for health services and then they billed me because of the forged information (which they scrambled to partially correct when I called them out on it!) and this organization refused to take my case, what a collasal waste of time! There were literally and visibly two seperate hand writings on the documents, mine and someone else’s. I don’t think this office actually provides the service they say they do. I think they blanket themselves as a public service for poor people and then refuse very serious & legitimate cases and then get to skirt paying taxes as a not for profit! Florida and businesses in florida are one collasal scam! I can’t wait for this fraud state and it’s fraud people with it’s illegal business practices to sink under the rising ocean waters!

I’m not sure who I spoke with but the women who was taking down my information was extremely rude. I almost hung up but stayed on the line because I'm a single mom in a very scary situation who needs a lawyer. She has no empathy and was constantly telling me to stop talking because she felt I was giving her too much information that she literally asked for. At one point her exact words were “you need to stop with the jibber jabber”. If she’s your first point of contact then I’d reconsider her position as she’s poor representation for law firm claiming to want to help people.

The lady who answers the phone is the only one who works in this office apparently. I called in January to seek advice regarding a wrongful job termination and in the middle of our discussion, she snapped at me and insisted I was a liar all because she misunderstood what I said and I did not understand some things she meant earlier as her rudeness towards me made me more anxious. She should NOT be in the customer service position and is a complete turnoff for the entire company. She is very dismissive, argumentative, and overall just a very rude, miserable and nasty person. I hope they fire her and have a better customer service assistant. She cuts you off when you talk and screams, she accused me of being a liar when I know I am not and she also hung up on me when I asked her for her name. I called again today seeking advice for my boyfriend and she was very dismissive and unhelpful yet again. I hope she gets FIRED and gets treated like the DOG that SHE IS!!!

The Spanish lady that picked up the phone was the rudest person I've ever spoke to professionally. Why do you have a job helping people if you don't want to help people. Negative attitude in this line of work shouldn't even be a thing. If I could have gave zero Stars I would have.

called them bc of being manhandled in a assisted living facility, where I had gone to see my dearest, oldest friend as she was dying. I was locked in a hot stairwell for over 15 minutes & then had security called on me bc I "looked funny & sweaty" - then had a security guard grab me & left bruises- so I called these folks sinceI'm not rich nor can I afford legal services. From the first phone call- I knew it was bad- the rude, ignorant lady answering the phone was sarcastic, argumentative & just nasty. I couldn't get a word in to explain anything- she kept cutting me off & arguing!!! I would NEVER recommend this place. train the person answering the phone to act with professionalism , courtesy & compassion. what a joke!!

Process somewhat drawn out. Qualifiers should be determined at start of convo. Beyond that, friendly and honest with inability to help but did offer an additional resource for issue.
