The problem with legal aid is you're not paying them so they will do the bare minimum for you. You could use that as an excuse for a mistrial possibly. Lack of proper representation. The trick is do not report any under the table income. Use those tax free dollars and offer your lawyer a "thank you card" *wink wink* lol

It’s good but honestly the whole system is so garbage that u need a good connection to beat a case otherwise it’s a corrupt thing to be involved in, also never use KIM ROSS, as a lawyer he is the biggest scoundrel I’ve ever encountered in my life. I wish the worst pain possible to be inflicted apon him and his children and their children for many generations

Recently contacted to make an inquiry. The lady staff member who answered the phone call hung up while speaking with her. I was respectful and courteous throughout the conversation, but the staff member demonstrated none of these qualities, as evident from her behavior. Recommend avoiding this agency and its services at all costs.

I applied many times for spousal support legal aid, I am jobless. they didn't approved it. I also applied now for help in divorce and need to reply in 20 days. I have only 5 days left to defend my self for divorce. Is legal aid reply me in these 5 days. I don't know what to do.
