We applied for a home equity line of credit from an online lender, which we've never done before. They sent Nikia to do the closing and we were so pleased with everything about her! She arrived on time (sporting fabulous hair, I might add), was charming, pleasant, and very professional throughout the process. As I am in the real estate industry and we are not first-time borrowers, we didn't have a lot of questions but even so, she made sure everything was clearly explained and outlined. We signed, we laughed and had a very positive experience. We never felt rushed at all, but her entire visit was only 15 minutes. We have been homeowners for nearly 30 years with numerous closings of all types under our belts, but this was the smoothest we have ever experienced! By far one of the greatest Notaries I have ever worked with. Was a last second notice for a closing of a Mortgage Refinance. Same day/later in the evening and showed up while another notary cancelled. Great personality. Amazing knowledge base.
