Had a small Claims court 101 training, billed as a strategy session with an associate attorney here as I was the plaintiff in a small claims case. I sent all documentation as requested and the meeting was scheduled. After we started talking. . About 15 minutes in., he tells me “ oh yeah I couldn’t open any of the documentation”. So he was only able to give me general feedback and suggestions on my case strategy . What a Waste of money- I could have googled his feedback.

Update in response to reply. I can only give fair and truthful reviews of MY experience with a provider (even if albeit an anomaly it’s a truthful experience). I changed from one star to two because at least someone called to listen to hear my concerns. I’ll wing it on my case

We have always received the best service from Steven and his team. They have always been upfront on the potential outcomes of the situation and far exceeded expectations in every case. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Most recently they helped us file suite against a major car manufacturer over their denial of a clear lemon law claim. We were awarded a replacement car, the cost of the long term rental car, as well as all legal fees (everything we asked for).
