Thank you Leavitt and Martin! I was pulled over and got a court hearing for a reckless driving charge. They where able to go to court for me in my stead as I live 12 hours away. They represented me to their best extent and where able to get my charge down to a non moving violation. If you are pulled over for in Virginia and given a court hearing it is serious and you need representation. I am fully satisfied with the service provided to me.

Was caught doing 87 in a 70 about 10 miles from the North Carolina border in Emporia county..being from out of state I had no idea the repercussions of reckless driving so I hired Leavitt and Martin to represent me in court. I was nervous about the outcome but was relieved when I was told the judge reduced my reckless driving ticket to non moving violation (defective) equipment which is no points or anything. Price was higher than other attorneys but from all the reviews I’ve read this firm has nothing but 5 stars so we’ll worth it. Highly recommend to anybody in this predicament. Also if anybody is reading this DONT PLEADE GUILTY AND PAY THE TICKET BEFORE SPEAKING TO A LAWYER

I received a citation for reckless driving by speed (86/70) which is a criminal offense in Va. The reviews for this firm were spot on and I enjoyed a favorable outcome. One note about going the extra mile - some paperwork was left out of my file on the court date and I was told the final judgement would not take place for another 3 months. I expressed my concern about having this charge on my record and they had an associate run back to court with the missing document and got the judge to issue the judgement the very same day - awesome customer service!
