Rebecca and Mr. Gravlee are not just incompetent—they're incredibly rude and hateful. My mother-in-law has faced nothing but problems with this place. She's been shuffled around endlessly, never gets a call back, and they drag things out for months on end without any explanation. Rebecca even hung up on her mid-call, and we've never once received a single apology for any of the trouble. And these are just the highlights. There's so much more, but we'd be here all day.

Today, my mother-in-law went to pick up some deeds. Rebecca was rude the entire time and when my Mother-in-law tried to pay with a credit card Rebecca barked "We don't take that!" (Who doesn't take credit/debit in 2024?) When my mother-in-law suggested they should probably inform customers of this, Rebecca snapped, "That's not my job!" And then, when my mother-in-law asked to have Mr. Gravlee call her, Rebecca dismissively replied, "I might." This level of unprofessionalism is staggering.

When my mother-in-law returned with cash and attempted to lodge a complaint, Mr. Gravlee, who had been clearly misled by Rebecca in the short time it took to retrieve the cash, suddenly refused to do business with her and even threatened to call the police!! On a sweet, older woman who literally couldn’t hurt a fly and has never once been described as rude by anyone! (Also, what were the police going to do besides waste resources? Arrest her for being upset?) He claimed to have videos backing Rebecca’s false allegations, but if he had actually watched them (which he didn't, as there wasn't enough time), he'd see that my mother-in-law was not at fault, and that Rebecca instigated the entire situation with her horrible attitude and absolutely appalling level of customer service.

Dealing with these people means enduring incompetence, rudeness, total disrespect, and facing absurd threats when you finally have had enough and decide to complain. Avoid dealing with these people at all cost. They certainly won't scam another cent out of us. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Well their office is only open a few hours a day. They will not make an appointment, they say just come on over. So we went on over and they were too busy. They will not call you back so good luck with these folks!
