Unfortunately Robert Rothman failed to draft a critical motion which he stated he had done when he had not. He was late filing and the judge was angered by it. His work was last minute and not at all convincing
because he put little into it. He retained fees for work he never performed and took advantage of
me. He is all about the fees and does not deliver. He has no conscience about any of it.
