We came in hopes for help with our tornado incident that happened in May. We had Allstate as our home insurance and Allstate didn’t want to pay for our roof replacement and it was stupid because they said there wasn’t enough pictures even though they sent an adjuster out there for two whole hours taking pictures. We took some pictures because no one told us from the beginning we need a ton more pictures. Allstate changed the person on our case twice and didn’t even talk to the first one. It was hella weird. No one properly walked us through this at Allstate. How are we supposed to know how to have correct pics when we’ve never experienced a tornado here in NWA and didn’t get the correct information from the beginning. We came to this law firm in form to seek justice which we didn’t get. We pay our monthly insurance and there’s no reason why we couldn’t get any justice on this. The law firm said because they already sent us money on other categories that that should be fine. It’s not fair that this specific category we couldn’t get our roof replaced and paid for in full. The lawyer refused to talk to my mother and they don’t even answer their phone so you have to show up to get any answers. All calls are always recorded with Allstate they could’ve done more digging and tried harder. Instead they didn’t help us at our vulnerable state. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL. SAVE YOUR TIME.
