Communication was spotty, I had to fetch some things and it took way longer than I imagined but it's hard to argue with results that double expectations. I hope I don't have to come back but I will if something happens

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from this law office. Despite emailing Clare on July 20th and leaving a voicemail on July 30th, it in now August and I have not received any updates on my case. This level of unresponsiveness is unprofessional and frustrating. I expected better service and timely communication.

Our auto claims case was just finalized and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Donn and his case manager, Clare are a great team. We were updated regularly regarding the status of our case and if there were any concerns, we received prompt responses either via email or phone. Be patient, because you don’t realize how long a case can actually last, but you will be kept on the loop throughout the entire process. We can’t thank you enough, Donn and Clare!

This is my second time using them as an attorney for an accident and they have been so wonderful both times. Claire and him both do above and beyond if you ask me the timely manner is not on them so you got to be patient with the process and I believe they will have your best interest and your bills from any injury and care as top priorities.
